The lump sum contract covers the project management, detailed design and procurement of a 14-inch 10-kilometre concrete coated production flowine, an 11-kilometre control umbilical, riser and spool tie-ins as well as four flexible jumpers.
Technip will also install a subsea manifold and topsides high integrity pipeline protection system which will both be supplied by BG.
The project will be carried out by Technip’s operating centre in Houston, Texas, while the umbilical will be manufactured at the company’s facility in Channelview, Texas, and the flexible jumpers at its plant in Le Trait, France.
