Country Managers – (North Africa & Asian Countries)
MB Petroleum Services is a multinational corporation having its headquarter in Sultanate of Oman with Subsidiaries in Germany, Hungary, China, Malaysia, India, Syria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Qatar,Yemen & Australia
Its core business is providing costeffective drilling work-over and the entire range of production services. The group currently employs 3500 employees and operates twenty five land drilling rigs and thirty two work over rigs world wide for major E&P companies.
Reporting to the VP - International, the incumbents will have full P&L responsibility for their operations and be accountable for their team’s performance within their territory. Leading a team of Operation Managers, the incumbents will provide right leadership and successfully handle on operations and people management. Should also be able to develop proactive relationships with clients and ensure that the Company’s operating standards are consistently followed. This position entails moderate travel.
An ideal candidate will have a high level technical qualification preferably a degree in mechanical/petroleum engineering or Geology with exposure to best management practices. Should have at least 15 years of operational experience managing oilfield services operations. Must have strong financial acumen and demonstrate a customer centric and people oriented approach.
