To maintain effectiveness of Procurement functions incl. policies, plans, procedures & status reports for all projects and procurement operations. To manage personnel activities in support of these operations. To maintain, update and control of departmental guides & manuals in accordance with the requirements of the company system.

Candidate Specification:

Engineering Degree with relevant Oil & Gas industry experience, with specific procurement experience. Knowledge of suppliers production processes, national/international market and industry, goods/product category expertise, suppliers quality management processes and vendor rating.
