Job description:
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for instrumentation & control system design of new plant equipment, design reviews, evaluations and safety studies
- Perform and evaluate various studies like SIL, fire & gas systems, ESD & control systems
- Provide solutions for problems at running plants and construction activities
- Develop and review control system designs including field instruments, control logics & ESD systems
- Perform reliability and availability analyses to evaluate maintenance inventories as well as monitor maintenance costs and generate recommendations for optimization
- Develop and review maintenance philosophies and generate recommendations on RAM results
- Provide support and supervise the execution of design work and review documents developed by engineering contractors
Your profile:
- University Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years experience in instrumentation & control systems design
- Proficiency with Control Systems & ESD Systems (Honeywell, Bailey, Yokogava, Emerson, HIMA etc)
- Expert knowledge of process simulations, equipment design and evaluation criteria, engineering reviews, HAZOP, other safety studies and hazardous area classifications
- Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Sound analytical skills and high concern for accuracy & quality
- Fluency in English, Russian of advantage
- Willingness to travel to field frequently
