Operations Readiness Coordinator (f/m)

Operations Readiness Coordinator (f/m)
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure that all aspects of operations and maintenance are considered during all stages of development planning and execution in compliance with OMV E&P policies and procedures
- Deliver adequate input required for operations readiness in the areas of cost management (OPEX), commissioning & facilities start-up and handover, operational HSEQ, organization, well operations, production operations and maintenance operations
- Ensure that all necessary infrastructures and logistics to support operations are implemented in an effective and cost-efficient manner before field start-up
- Assist in ensuring that all safety studies and HSE cases are completed in time as per project schedule and results are incorporated in the design
- Define operations and maintenance philosophies as an engineering basis for facilities, pipelines and wells
- Prepare full operations handover and acceptance of the wells, facilities and pipelines
- Build up and supervise a team and make sure that all personnel recruited is adequately trained
Your profile:
- University degree in Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years experience in hydrocarbon production operations
- Expert knowledge in commissioning & start-up of new facilities, well operations and surface production operations
- Extensive subsurface experience Sound understanding of safety studies and HSE cases regime as well as legislative requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, French of advantage
