The Russian state-owned oil giant laid the table for a potential multi-billion dollar contracting feast on Wednesday when  vice president Andrey Shishkin touted the newbuild requirement for Norwegian suppliers gathered at an Intsok event at the ONS Norway conference in Stavanger.
