Carbon tax: Cheniere Energy CEO Charif Souki supports a fee on carbon emissions

The chief executive of liquefied natural gas player Cheniere Energy came down firmly in support of a carbon tax in comments this week, as oil and gas companies in the US start to come to grips with a regulatory charge on emissions that some see as inevitable in the fight against climate change.
