Merkel flags gas import shift


Norway’s energy minister is banging the drum for Statoil gas supplies to Germany as the latter’s leader on Friday flagged a possible shift in its gas import strategy to cut reliance on Gazprom amid the ongoing stand-off with Russia over Crimea.
