Those creditors are Bicara Sepakat, Nusapetro and Eftech International, each of whom has already filed winding up petitions as a means of recouping the money owed to them by TH Heavy.
Since 1 July, TH Heavy has been issued with at least 10 winding up petitions by companies who are owed money.
