Ancala Midstream Acquisitions said it will acquire Apache’s 30.28% interest in Sage and its 60.56% interest in the Beryl pipeline. The value of the deal was not disclosed.
Subject to regulatory and third-party approvals, recently-established Ancala Midstream intends to appoint Aberdeen-based services giant Wood Group as its operating partner to manage the day-to-day running of the assets.
The transition of ownership is expected to complete in the first half of 2017.
