As anyone in Aberdeen can testify, the country’s oil industry has been feeling the chill far longer than the recent icy blast farther south.
With each passing week, however, new evidence emerges that North Sea activity is beginning to return, even if progress is still a long way from being described as a recovery.
The slight uptick in mood was noted in Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce’s annual survey of the sector.
