According to sources, Wood Group Mustang, in partnership with sister company and subsea specialist Wood Group Kenny, has pulled ahead of a pack of hopefuls, including Xodus and ODE, and is odds on to land the award.
Premier is understood to be in the process of finalising internal reviews before making a formal concept selection and an award for FEED in January or February.
