According to Rosneft, Targin’s rigs will be added to the fleet of owned and operated onshore rigs that the oil producer has been building up over the past three years.
Rosneft said that after the completion of the deal, the number of drilling rigs under its control will grow by 19%, while the number of workover rigs will increase by 30%.
