Singapore-based offshore contractor and shipbuilder PaxOcean has finalised a deal to provide engineering, procurement and construction service to deliver a floating storage and regasification unit to be deployed off the Indonesian island of Bali.

The deal signed with the Indonesian owner will require PaxOcean to deliver the unit around the third quarter of 2018, with steel cutting scheduled in February, according to a PaxOcean official, who declined to name the owner.
