Joseph Kostelecky has been indicted on federal charges of running a scheme while working at the North Dakota and Denver offices of Poseidon Concepts, with claims he significantly raised the Canadian company’s stock with water tank rental orders that were never in the pipeline.
“Virtually no customer ever agreed, either verbally or in writing, to any long-term tank rental with Poseidon,” the US District Court indictment read.
