The acreage includes producing and undeveloped properties in both the Midland and Delaware sub-basins of the Permian.
Estimated current net production is about 2300 barrels of oil equivalent per day.
In the Midland basin, Parsley will take control of about 17,800 net acres in Upton, Reagan, Glasscock, and Midland counties, Texas, for around $402 million.
In the Delaware, Parsley bought 5200 net acres in Reeves, Pecos, and Ward Counties, Texas, for about $205 million.
