Australian company Twinza Oil is ready to invite three shortlisted companies to bid for the front-end engineering and design contract of a platform topsides module for the Pasca project off Papua New Guinea.
Well-placed sources said privately-owned Twinza will approach Keppel of Singapore, GE of the US and possibly an engineering house in China for the FEED competition starting next month.
