US Interior Secretary-designate Ryan Zinke this week signalled he will review moves by the Obama administration to curb drilling off Alaska if he is confirmed in the position.
Spearking just ahead of today’s inauguration of Donald Trump as US president, Zinke, a Montana Congressman, said opening up Alaska to oil and gas development would help the US become energy independent.
