The UK-based player has offered its partner K&S Baltic Offshore $279 million for its half share of Seaway Heavy, with up to $40 million more to be paid within four years depending on performance targets.

Seaway Heavy is based in the Netherlands and operates the two heavy-lift vessels Stanislav Yudin from 1985 and Oleg Strashnov from 2011.
