Vietnamese operator Phu Quoc Petroleum Operating Company has approached the market seeking a contractor to supply, operate and maintain a newbuild floating storage and offloading vessel to process condensate from its Kim Long, Ca Voi and Ac Qui gas fields, which together form the Block B project off Vietnam.
Phu Quoc, a PetroVietnam operating company, which operates blocks B, 48/95 and 52/97, has written to outfits including Bumi Armada and Yinson of Malaysia to test their interest in the proposal, according to industry sources.
