Malaysian oilfield services provider SapuraKencana Petroleum is in the driving seat to secure a significant contract linked to the multi-year Pan Malaysia offshore transportation and installation programme.
Sources said SapuraKencana subsidiary TL Offshore has been selected by state-owned energy company Petronas for the 2017 workscope.
This will include the transportation and installation of Petronas Carigali’s BSDP-A topsides, the PNJT-K jacket and topsides, the pipeline for SapuraKencana’s own B15 project as well as the B15 jacket and topsides, and Repsol’s KNDWD Kinabalu jacket and topsides.
