According to the company, the Almaty City Court has confirmed a previous court ruling in favour of Tethys Aral Gas, rejecting claims from Kazakh-stan’s Eurasia Gas Group that the Tethys subsidiary owed it $2.6 million following the alleged failure to deliver minimum volumes of crude.
The statement said that the subsidiary then applied to the court to remove restrictions that were imposed after the initial claim was made by Eurasia Gas in October.
