The Robonaut is a dexterous humanoid robot designed and built at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
The space agency is already using the technology for simple, repetitive, or especially dangerous tasks in places such as the International Space Station.
NASA and Woodside will work together to explore how the robotic technology could be used to improve safety, reliability and efficiency in the high-risk and remote environments where Woodside operates.
