Emas has missed two deadlines for publishing its 2016 annual report and is applying for another extension.
Emas said itself and Ezra “will have going concern issues if discussions on Emas’ fundraising and Ezra’s consolidating its funding requirements do not achieve favourable and timely outcomes”.
Ezra said it also has a “going concern issue” amid question marks over whether it can restructure its businesses and balance sheet.
