Ezra was notified via a newspaper advertisement on 13 February that Singapore-incorporated logistic provider Necotrans had filed the application with Singapore’s High Court the previous week.
Hearings are fixed for 3 March 2017.
Ezra itself is facing a possible winding-up petition from Forland Subsea relating to EMAS-AMC’s unpaid charter fees for the vessel Lewek Inspector.
