The London-listed player has taken operatorship and a 75% stake in the Kenitra exploration permit, with state company Onhym holding a 25% carried interest.

The 1400-square-kilometres tract sits in water depths of 200 to 1500 metres and is adjacent to the Mohammedia permit, where Chariot and Onhym also hold the same respective stakes.

Polarcus is currently conducting a 3D seismic programme over Mohammedia and Kenitra.
