At the end of last week, Rosneft and Transneft told the Moscow arbitration court that they had reached a settlement on the terms of transportation of oil, produced by Rosneft, via the country’s trunk network this year.
Following the settlement, Rosneft withdrew an arbitration appeal against Transneft that it filed in December, seeking a court decision to amend the operator’s standard transportation terms for 2017 and also reduce the percentage of “oil loss” assumed at end points of the pipeline system.
