The 12,600-gross-tonne Sailing Yacht A, beneficially owned by Andrey Melnichenko, could be auctioned off after being seized by authorities in the British overseas territory following the complaint from Nobiskrug.
The 143-metre-long vessel — which boasts an underwater observation pod and three huge masts, one of which is 100 metres tall — left the Kiel shipyard two weeks ago.
