The operator said third train construction and commission has been going smoothly and production is expected before the end of this month, compared with earlier forecasts that it would arrive in the second quarter.
Trains 1 and 2 are producing about 230,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day of LNG and domestic gas, and Chevron said the Gorgon joint venture has shipped 22 cargoes of LNG so far this year.
