Adoke stated that his actions in the Malabu Oil settlement case were approved by former heads of state Olusegun Obasanjo, Umaru Yar’Adua and Goodluck Jonathan.
Adoke is one of several former officials and companies — including Malabu Oil & Gas, Shell and Eni — all accused by the EFCC over alleged graft and money laundering following the disposition of deep-water block OPL 245.
