Luxe Minerals will be run by management of Luxe Energy, which recently garnered $524 million from NGP and Luxe management to seek acquisitions in the Midland, Delaware, Scoop/Stack, Eagle Ford, Bakken, Powder River and Denver-Julesburg tight oil plays.
Luxe Energy sold its initial position in the Delaware sub-basin of the Permian to Diamondback Energy in September 2016 for $560 million.
