subsidiary
Vela
International
Marine
Limited
for
a
total
$54
million,
and
are
due
for
delivery
in
February
and
March,
OSX
said
in
a
statement.

vessels
will
be
renamed
OSX-3
and
OSX-4
when
they
begin
their
new
life
as
offshore
production
platforms.

leasing
arm
of

will
charter
and
operate
the
two
