The Dubai-based yard in 2012 signed a deal to build a series of partially-submerged “discus” hotels for a Swiss company – and Buamim sees room for expansion.
“It is really the most important project that I personally believe in,” the ex-ConocoPhillips executive said on a recent visit to the yard by industry media.
