The offer to take part in protests against Woodside’s proposed plans ahead of new site works has come from the group Forest Rescue, which has been central to the ongoing No Gas campaign.
In a Facebook posting titled “Free trip to Broome for dedicated activists”, campaign co-ordinator Simon Peterffy urged protestors to contact him.
And according to Australian media reports, protestors from Brisbane and Adelaide have already signed up.
