Behind
the
‘enabler’
will
come
the
other
vessels
required
to
complete
the
work.”
He
adds:
“Pipelay
[capability]
is
often
the
enabler.
Whoever
has
the
pipelay
capabilities
is
usually
the
frontrunner
for
the
contract.”
While
Borealis
has
been
built
primarily
to
address
the
subsea
