LNG players keep their eye on the ball as industry booms

The liquefied natural gas industry is booming, so much so that it is in danger of becoming a victim of its own success.

However, this boom is ever-changing, meaning players and investors cannot afford to take their eye off the ball.

We have heard it all before — fossil fuels are running out and though energy demand continues to rise, so discovered oil and gas resources remain unexploited because of high costs, lack of technology and geopolitics.

There are also concerns over where giant discoveries will be made to replace production, except in remote frontier areas where exploration is more risky and expensive.

However, the LNG industry no longer has to struggle to overcome these obstacles.
