ATP disclosed McCarroll as the new chief executive on 1 June, replacing Paul Bulmahn, who stayed on as chairman.
However, on 7 June ATP said that it was “unable to reach a mutually agreeable employment agreement with McCarroll and effective today he has submitted his resignation”.
Meanwhile, ATP said that it has resumed production aboard the floating drilling and production platform ATP Titan stationed at the Telemark Hub in the US Gulf.
