C&J Energy Services has bought wireline player Casedhole Solutions from its private equity backers for about $273 million.
Casedhole,
which
is
owned
by
Intervale
Capital,
runs
a
fleet
of
58
wireline
units
across
most
of
the
major
US
onshore
plays,
including
Marcellus,
Permian,
Granite
Wash,
Eagle
Ford
and
Bakken.
Invervale
bought
the
company
from
its
founders
in
2008.
