Eni has called for bids on an approved floating production development of the Jangkrik field.
Preliminary indications show the Jangkrik floater will be between 150 metres and 200 metres long and boast about 9000 to 10,000 tonnes of topsides.
Unlike most floating production projects in Indonesia, the Italian operator has invited bids for the combined front-end engineering and design studies as well as engineering procurement and construction of the Jangkrik FPU.
