A leaked email, sent in July by BP’s project team at Hyundai Heavy Industries in South Korea, reveals further details about the delays on the Clair Ridge project and that the sailaway target for Quad 204’s floating production, storage and offloading vessel is in doubt.
Combined peak production of the two schemes is expected to be about 250,000 barrels per day of oil.
