Go-ahead in Queensland

Shell and PetroChina have been cleared to create a liquefied natural gas export project in Queensland, Australia, after 
receiving final approval to complete their A$3.5 billion (US$3 billion) cash takeover of Australian coalbed methane gas company Arrow Energy.
