Husky seeks partner for Cardium joint venture

Husky Energy is seeking a joint venture partner to develop its liquids-rich Cardium assets in Alberta, Canada.

In its second quarter results the Canadian integrated oil and gas major announced it is in an “open marketing process” to find a partner to develop its Ansell assets in the west-central region.

Holding about 60,700 net hectares at Ansell, Husky plans to double its production this year to 56 million cubic feet of gas per day and 2000 barrels per day of oil.
