The
privately
held
US
pressure
pumper
is
in
preliminary
talks
with
four
to
five
joint
venture
partners
in
countries
including
China,
Argentina
and
Brazil
and
Middle
East
countries
such
as
Saudi
Arabia,
chief
executive
Marc
Rowland
told
Upstream.
“It
will
either
take
the
form
of
longer-term
dedicated
contracts
or
even
economic
joint
ventures,”
Rowland
said.
“It
certainly
wouldn’t
be
partnering
with
a
local
fracturing
stimulation
company
or
other
services
company
as
much
as
partnering
with
a
local
production
operator,
whether
it
is
a
government-owned
entity
or
private
entity
or
some
combination.”
