SPAIN’S Dragados Offshore and Singapore-based Swiber have snapped up their first ever Mexican offshore pipe-laying job after Pemex awarded the venture a contract valued at $273 million.
The
contract
scope
includes
the
laying
of
77
kilometres
of
pipeline
in
shallow
waters
off
the
Mexican
coast
to
link
the
Litoral
production
asset
to
the
Dos
Bocas
oil
terminal.
It
is
understood
that
Swiber
will
deploy
the
Conquest
pipe-laying
vessel
for
the
job.
