Total going in for the kill on leaking Elgin

Total was this week preparing to put well control experts on board its Elgin processing, utilities and quarters (PUQ) platform as the French major seeks to end the fortnight-long gas leak that has caused the UK North Sea facility to be shut down and evacuated.
