Mitsui-Mitsubishi joint venture in agreement to buy 14.7% of Browse

A 50:50 joint venture between Japanese conglomerates Mitsui and Mitsubishi Corporation has agreed to buy a 14.7% interest in the Browse liquefied natural gas project in Australia for US$2 billion.
