The
state-run
company
has
been
reviewing
bids
since
late
April
from
local
and
international
heavy
lift
players
for
the
transportation
and
installation
of
six
different
platforms
to
be
located
in
its
offshore
sector.
Companies
that
bid
on
the
package
include
Mexico’s
Protexa,
Grupo
R’s
CAMSA
and
Dragados
Offshore.
These
companies
are
understood
to
have
made
rival
bids
for
the
contract,
either
on
their
own
or
in
association
with
other
companies.
It
was
not
clear
if
global
heavy-lift
players
such
as
Technip’s
Global
Industries
or
Saipem
bid
for
the
