Rubiales still keen on CGX

Latin American oil explorer ­Pacific Rubiales is keen to ­increase its interest in CGX ­Energy even though the Canadian company’s recent wildcat, Eagle-1, drilled in the offshore Guyana Corentyne concession, went over budget and came up dry.
