PDVSA to turn bit off Cuba

Venezuelan state-run oil company PDVSA has secured a slot with Saipem’s semi-­submersible Scarabeo-9 to drill a wildcat on the San Antonio prospect off the west coast of Cuba later this year, writes Tom Darin Liskey.
