interim
report
on
its
NER300
programme,
which
will
auction
off
300
million
European
Union
carbon
credits
to
raise
money
for
large-scale
CCS
and
cutting-edge
renewable
energy
projects.

award
decisions
are
due
to
be
made
by
the
end
of
the
year.
